Delete your account & data

The Geometra AI Visualizer app is operated by Nova Arte Sdn Bhd. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to creative.novaarte@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
3. Send it from — or include in the message — the email address you use to sign in to the app, so we can verify the request.

We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your account details — email address and display name.
• Photos you uploaded or captured for wall previews.
• Your usage records — renders and designs you generated, panels chosen, and credit / referral activity.

After deletion we do not retain your personal data, except where we are required to keep limited records to comply with legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations. Any such records are kept only for as long as the law requires (generally up to 90 days for system backups and logs) and are then permanently deleted.
