Privacy Policy

The Geometra AI Visualizer app (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Nova Arte Sdn Bhd (“Geometra”), a company registered in Malaysia. This policy explains what personal data the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details. Your email address and the display name you provide when you sign in. We use a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email to verify you — we do not store a password.
• Photos you provide. Room or wall photos you upload or capture with your device camera so the App can detect walls and preview panels on them.
• Usage data. Records of the renders and designs you generate, the panels you choose, and credit / referral activity, so the App can provide the service and support your account.
• Technical data. Basic device and log information (such as app version and error logs) needed to keep the service working.

The App requests camera and photo access only so you can take or select a picture of a wall to visualize panels on it. Photos are used to generate your preview. We do not access your camera or gallery in the background, and we do not use your photos for advertising.

• To detect walls in your photo and render panel previews you request.
• To create and secure your account and sign you in.
• To operate credits, referrals, and product features.
• To maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.

We do not sell your personal data.

To provide the App we share the minimum data necessary with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Supabase — secure authentication, database, and image storage.
• fal.ai — AI image processing (wall detection and panel rendering) on the photos you submit.
• Resend — sending your login one-time passcode emails.

These providers may process data outside Malaysia. We only share what is required to deliver the feature you requested.

We keep your account details and usage records for as long as your account is active. Photos you submit are processed to produce your preview and are retained only as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see section 8).

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may ask us to delete your account. To make a request, email creative.novaarte@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The App is intended for business and adult users and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
